Welcome to WedEasy! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the WedEasy platform ("Service"), operated by WedEasy ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use WedEasy. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

When you add guests to your wedding, you represent that you have the right to share their contact information (names, phone numbers, email addresses) with WedEasy for the purpose of managing your wedding. We will only use guest information to provide Service features such as invitations, RSVP tracking, and check-in.
WedEasy includes AI-powered features (budget suggestions, vendor recommendations, event planning assistance). AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI suggestions before acting on them.
Certain features may require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles will be presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
We strive to keep WedEasy available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow recovery, after which it will be permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WedEasy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
